Remarks: As I screamed along the rolling county roads south of Clinton Lake State Park, the colorful sunset grew in intensity. Yet the swiftly moving atmosphere forced me to chase the event for dozens of miles before this barbed wire fence presented itself at the deepest moment of color. I was lucky, for the road ended less than 100 yards from the spot this image was taken, almost stopping my quest dead in its tracks.
