Location: Upper Glacier Gorge, Rocky Mountain National Park

Remarks: Following an early evening summit of intimidating Spearhead Peak, as my hiking group traversed back across a desolate high alpine gorge, a splash of color caught my attention, and I turned to see a beautifully painted Long's Peak reflecting in a nearby snowmelt pool.
